    Spatial Economy

    Regular and part-time studies of 1st and 2nd degree
    These interdisciplinary studies combine the knowledge of economics, architecture and urban planning, geography, ecology, geodesy and cartography, environmental engineering, sociology, law, history of art, management. We educate economic staff with specialist preparation to work in various branches of regional and local economy.
    Specification of the field of study

    • studies combine theory and practice – apart from listening to lectures you will prepare your own projects, conduct your own scientific research, go on field trips, learn the practice of performing jobs related to the field of study,
    • during your studies you can join the Regional Policy Science Club, which will give you an opportunity to meet people who share your passion and to develop your interests in a group of friends, combining social and scientific aspects.

    After completing studies you will be prepared to:

    • participate in teams creating spatial development plans and local plans,
    • make specialist analyses, plans and projects for spatial transformations, taking into account technical requirements of particular development forms,
    • write spatial development studies and analyses,
    • participate in teams planning development of technical infrastructure systems.

    After completing engineering studies in Spatial Development you will also gain knowledge and skills of urban planning and design and landscape engineering.
