    Our courses in english for exchange students

    You will:

    • know  contemporary management challenges and the complexity of contemporary managerial environments,
    • develop critical thinking skills for evaluating and applying a variety of management concepts,
    • be aware of contemporary environmental, social and political responsibilities of managers, along with reinforcing values like life long learning and cooperation,
    • be prepared to conduct basic field research relating to management challenges in the public sector.

    You will:

    • understand the importance of entrepreneurship and small and medium sized firms in a modern economies as well as policies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship,
    • demonstrate knowledge of concepts of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, their models and possible applications within the public sector,
    • be able to critically evaluate different entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship concepts and policies aimed at their fostering and implementation.

    • have basic knowledge about international organizations and their role in global governance,
    • understand the major trends and changes in global governance and international organizations,
    • be  able to interpret, analyze and assess the functions and structure of an international organization in the light of its goals.

    You will:

    • have general knowledge in the field of EU labour law, incl.: terms of labour contract, types of contracts, atypical forms of employment, selfemployment
    • be able to use the sources of law, logically interpret legal norms, fomulate contracts, drow legal conclusions from both legal and illegal actions.

    You will:

    • demonstrate knowledge of the basic theory of social entrepreneurship and understand its role as a tool for achieving lasting and significant social change,
    • be familiar with numerous social entrepreneurship success stories and with the challenges and rewards of creating and developing social enterprises,
    • possess an ability to rigorously analyse the economic, social and political contexts of a social business venture and necessary skills to implement ideas into actions including the ability to choose a legal form and apply non-traditional financing mechanisms,
    • demonstrate awareness of major global and local problems as well as an attitudes of respect for the planet and its habitat, responsibility and citizenship for the community, as well as responsiveness to contemporary social challenges.
