– Assist in Finance and Sourcing processes & Support office management activities:
– Review Office costs: verifying actuals, preparing estimates, resolving issues
– Collect orders from employees and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in the system
– Process invoices in accounting system
– Cooperate with Sourcing and Vendor administration: adding new vendor, queries from vendors related to invoice
– Cooperate with distributed global Finance organization
– Mobile Phones Fleet Management

Requirements

– Finance/accounting background or related education
– Good command of English
– High level of interpersonal skills
– Analytical thinking
