Marta Adamek – Trzaskalska

Former Radio Reporter at Polskie Radio who decided to turn her career around into IT Project Management and at the moment reached her 5th year at Aon Technology Teams.

I lead key EMEA and global application and infrastructure projects working across all Aon Business Lines and IT Groups. Only during last 5 years I delivered up to 20 initiatives – all aimed at enabling the Business to achieve positive outcomes for Aon. I also co-established the Portfolio and Project Management Group in Krakow which became the top notch project delivery function for all Aon infrastructure projects in EMEA.

On daily basis I head up a group of project managers and support all IT Platform Services Managers based outside of Krakow and represent them locally. In parallel to my job at Aon I did my PhD in sociology (Information Society).
