Marc Yaneza

Marc Yaneza is an innovative technology leader with over 15 years’ experience in global technology strategy and delivery. He joined Aon in 2012, working on a number high profile global technology initiatives. Marc brings a wealth of cross-cultural business management experience, having worked in 15 countries.

As Aon’s IT Director for 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic states, Poland, and Russia, Marc partners with each business to ensure our technology best enables commercial success, as well as aligning with corporate strategies and governance. Based in Krakow, Poland since 2015, he also holds overall responsibility for Aon’s regional Technology Hub, ensuring that the correct set up, environment and local partnerships are in place to support the successful implementation of Aon’s global and regional technology strategies.
