Graduated from Cracow University of Economic, Södertörn University in Stockholm, post grad studies at Galway & Mayo Institute of Technology (Ireland) and Tischner European University in Krakow. I have over 10 years of experience in global organizations: Cigna HealthCare Ltd, Sabre Holdings and Alexander Mann Solutions where I was performing roles of Contract Analyst, Operational Shift Leader, Team Leader of multilingual global teams, Operations Manager, Project Manager and Change Lead.

My expertise covers Delivery and Client Service Management, Performance Management, People Management, Implementations, Transformations and Change Management. I currently coordinate projects that focus on implementation of new solutions for AMS clients, transformations of existing models focusing on the change management aspects that impact the company’s global structure (EMEA, US, APAC).
