    For 15 years, Jacek has been working in the HR industry, working for internal HR Departments.

    He worked for global companies in the sectors: risk management services, business and technology outsourcing as well as banking and energy and oil.
    In his professional career he was responsible for implementing HR strategy supporting business goals, employee relations and HR process management (e.g.: consultancy for managers, talent management, rewards, recruitment, restructuring processes or employer branding), implementation of global and local development programs for managers and team leaders.

    As Talent Development Manager at Aon, he is responsible for managing development programs, implementing support talent management solutions, project management and HR consulting. Graduated with the Pedagogical Academy and postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Tichner University, as well as the Trainer School at MATRIK and the School of Facilitators Pathways and the Jagiellonian University.
