Anna Woś – Dobosz

Graduated from Katowice University of Economics with 13 years of experience in Finance  in multinational organizations.

Extensive accounting knowledge in Accounting area. Shared service centers’ experience gained in leading international corporations. Experience includes Finance and Accounting, Transition of Processes, People Management, Project Management and Continuous Improvement.

I work for Amer Sports since the beginning of the centre and built successful finance team which is now over 24 team members. I’m supporting 40+ entities with the objective to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements. Transformed Record to Report department from country oriented into process driven organization. My main focus is on standardization and identification opportunities for automation in Record to Report area.
