dr Michał Możdżeń
Michał Możdżeń (PhD) – economist, political scientist, doctor of economics, assistant professor at Department of Public Administration of Cracow University of Economics. Author or co-author of over twenty scientific articles and chapters in monographs in the area of analysis of public policies, public management, public choice theory and new institutionalism.
Participant of over 10 research and implementation projects of a national and international character. He conducted trainings and workshops in the use of decision support tools in public organizations (using methods to structure discussions, support logical thinking and argumentation), structuring relations between the public sector and non-governmental organizations and introducing quality standards in public organizations (co-author of the CAF certification system in Poland ). He lectures on subjects related to the issues of public finance, fiscal policy, public
administration and public management for students of CUE.
Research interests:
public choice theory, behavioral economics, New Institutional Economics, policy analysis, analysis of bureaucracy, law & economics.
