He graduated in law in 2001 at the Jagiellonian University, and in 2008 at the same University he defended the dissertation entitled “Legal-financial institutions applied in the field of environmental protection”, obtaining the academic degree of PhD in law. His scientific achievements concentrate on selected aspects of financial, civil and administrative law, with particular emphasis on public-law subject matters, procedural issues in the application of public charges as well as substantive tax regulations. In parallel to his scientific work, he gained practical experience in 2007, gaining tax advisor qualifications (entry no. 10843), and in 2013 he was a notary assessor.
