dr Aldona Piotrowska

A graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University. A graduate of the School of French Law at the Jagiellonian University in cooperation with the University of Orleans. In the years 2004-2006 she worked as an assistant and adjunct at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in the Department of Public Law. 2006-2009 she worked in the legal office of the legal counsel and was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Krakow Academy. Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski. Vice-chairman of the supervisory board of an investment fund company in the years 2008-2010.

From 2008,  an assistant professor in the Department of Public Law at the Cracow Univeristy of Economics.

Member of the AIDA- Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances and a member of the Association of Public Administration Education. Lecturer of the Małopolska School of Public Administration. Reviewer of “Social Economy”. Legal Counsel.

In her academic work she focuses on issues related to public economic  law, in particular on the financial market, insurance, public procurement, competition law and local government. She is also interested in social policy. She is the author of several dozen publications in the field of public economic law.
