  • Project Management knowledge areas: integration,  scope, time,  cost, quality, human resources,  communications, risk, organizational change and change management. You’ll also be introduced to the profile and mission of a Project Manager, his/her role in an organization, as well as to the phases of becoming a Project Manager.

    It’s a discussion-based lecture/seminar with a writing-intensive component. The latter will be done in teams (Team Project – TP).  Consequently, it is based on a group work and covers also fieldwork in cooperating corporations. Passing Introduction to management is the prerequisite.
